This Privacy Policy explains how Titan Roofing LLC ("Titan Roofing," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the RoofSkape mobile and web application (the "App"). RoofSkape is a business tool used by Titan Roofing staff and authorized contractors to manage roofing sales, production, scheduling, photos, and customer communication.

1. Who uses RoofSkape
RoofSkape is an internal business application. Accounts are created and managed by Titan Roofing for its employees and authorized contractors. It is not a consumer/self-signup product. The App stores business records — including information about Titan Roofing's customers — on Titan Roofing's behalf.

RoofSkape does not read your device's personal contacts, photos library, call history, or messages. Camera, microphone, location, and notification permissions are used only for the in-app features above, and only while you use them.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the App and its features (CRM, scheduling, photos, calling, notifications).
- To authenticate users and protect the security of accounts and data.
- To communicate with Titan Roofing's customers about their projects (with their consent / existing business relationship).
- To diagnose problems and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers we share with
We use trusted vendors to run the App; they process data only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase — application database, authentication, and file storage.
- Twilio — telephone calling and SMS.
- Google — Maps/location features and (for connected accounts) Gmail/Calendar integration.
- Vercel — web hosting.
- CompanyCam — job photo management (where connected).
- Intuit / QuickBooks Online — accounting (where connected). When a job is sold, the customer's name, contact details, and job address may be created as a customer/sub-customer record in Titan Roofing's QuickBooks company.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Data retention
We retain business records for as long as needed to operate Titan Roofing's business and meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
6. Data deletion & your choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account, email scott@titanroofingpros.com with the subject "Data Request." We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time. Because RoofSkape stores Titan Roofing's business records, some information may be retained where we have a legal or legitimate business reason to keep it.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
8. Children
RoofSkape is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 13, who may not use the App.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
